    The Growth HR Package includes everything in Essentials plus one day per week of hands-on support to build performance systems, provide coaching, strengthen culture, define roles, and offer strategic recruitment support.

  • Scale HR

    The Scale HR Package includes everything in Essential and Growth plus 1.5 days per week of embedded HR leadership to implement HRIS, build compensation frameworks, deliver leadership training, support multi-country compliance, and create customized templates and training programs.

    Our Project-Based HR Support is perfect when you don’t need ongoing HR partnership, but you do need a senior-level team to step in and deliver something important, fast and done properly. We deliver a defined project with clear timelines, expert execution, and zero long-term commitment.

Stephanie is a trusted HR leader with more than a decade of experience across healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, and professional services in Canada, the U.S., and LATAM. Known for her warmth, steady presence, and exceptional ability to bring calm to complex people challenges, she supports leaders through growth, change, and day-to-day team dynamics. Her work blends a deep understanding of human behaviour with the operational discipline needed to move organizations forward. Stephanie brings clarity, communication excellence, and thoughtful, grounded HR execution to every partnership.
